If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of a 30-day pass within 14 days, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw
The fastest way is the "Withdraw from contract here" button in your account:
- Sign in and open your Account page.
- Under Right of withdrawal, click Withdraw from contract here.
- Check the details and click Confirm withdrawal.
We email you a confirmation on a durable medium straight away. The button is always available during the 14-day period for any pass that still qualifies.
You can also withdraw by emailing support@servermanager.dev from your registered address — but the button is faster.
Refunds
If you withdraw within 14 days and have not used any of the pass (no tokens consumed), you receive a full refund to your original payment method, and your pass access ends.
Once you start using a pass, execution has begun at your request and, under Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal no longer applies — so no refund is due. You can still submit your declaration and we will confirm receipt by email.
